At Stillpoint, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. These policies help ensure a smooth, respectful experience for every client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, and plans sometimes change. As each appointment time is reserved especially for you, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and missed appointments or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

To ensure appointment times remain available for all clients, repeated missed appointments or no-shows may result in future booking privileges being discontinued.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Your scheduled time has been reserved especially for you.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so the following client’s appointment can begin on time. The full scheduled service fee will still apply.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

Gratuities

Gratuities are never expected, but are always sincerely appreciated.

The greatest compliment is your continued trust and support.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be applied toward any eligible Stillpoint service.

Appointments booked using a gift certificate are subject to Stillpoint’s 24-hour cancellation policy.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, 50% of the gift certificate value applicable to the scheduled service may be considered redeemed.

If the appointment is missed without notice or is a no-show, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and applied as payment for the reserved appointment. A replacement appointment will not be provided under the same gift certificate.

Health & Your Treatment

Please let me know about any health conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other changes that may affect your treatment.

Services may be modified, postponed, or declined when necessary for your comfort and safety.

Professional Boundaries

Stillpoint provides wellness massage and reflexology services in a safe, respectful and professional environment.

Any inappropriate or sexual behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session.
